Your use of the Catherine Loves website and by placing an order with Catherine Loves you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are supplemental to any additional terms that might apply to specific transactions such as special offers, promotions or the use of gift vouchers whose terms are set out separately.

Placing an order with Catherine Loves

You can place an order online at the Catherine Loves website.

When you place an order you are making an offer to Catherine Loves to purchase the goods detailed in the order subject to these terms.

When you have placed an order online we will send you an automatic email confirmation that your order has been received. This email is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted and it is not a confirmation that we will be able to meet your order. A contract between you and Catherine Loves for the sale of the products will only exist once the order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.

All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. If the product(s) on your order are not available within 4 weeks we will notify you by email or telephone.

Cancellation

Catherine Loves may cancel any sale and not supply the products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. You may normally cancel your order up to the point of packing in our warehouse. If you do cancel your order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded.

Price & Payment

We currently accept online payment by Visa, Mastercard. To ensure that shopping online is secure we encrypt your credit/debit card details. You can also pay for your order by cheque or postal order. Please make cheques payable to ‘Catherine Loves Ltd’. You must pay for your order before it is delivered.

Payment will be taken when your order is placed.

The prices shown on the Catherine Loves website are quoted in UK pounds sterling (including VAT), Euros or USD and include VAT at 20%.

Outside the UK your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate. Please note that all charges and refunds are in the currency in which you placed your order. Catherine Loves cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes which are your responsibility where they apply. We cannot advise you of these charges, please consult your local customs office.

Delivery

A delivery charge will be added to your order where appropriate. You will be notified of the delivery cost for your order before you submit your payment details.

We will make every effort to deliver to you within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to you directly or indirectly by late delivery. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates times and may be subject to change.

Returns

If you change your mind about our products you can return your order for any reason within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please follow the simple steps below:

Fill in the returns form included in your parcel noting whether you would like an exchange or refund. There is no need to call us.

Return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging). Send your parcel to:

Goods are returned at your own cost.

The delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable.

Please ensure products are Products must be returned complete, unused, unwashed and in original packaging as we cannot only accept items for a refund or exchange if they are not in perfect condition.

If you received damaged or faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge for refunds). Please follow the simple steps below:

Please call us on +44 (0) 151 345 6937 within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on how to return the goods to us.

Complete the returns form included in your parcel.

Faulty/damaged goods cannot be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number and must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel. Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
We will write to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.

Please note that we can only accept return of goods at the above address with a valid online order number. Goods purchased from any other store must be returned to the store where they were purchased.

The content of this site is provided free of charge for information purposes only. Catherine Loves tries to ensure that the information presented on the site is both true and accurate. However, Catherine Loves Ltd, its agents and its employees will not be held responsible or liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies occurring within this content.

We take extra care to ensure that the specifications and descriptions of Catherine Loves products are accurate but they are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.

The colour accuracy of the colour-way options displayed within the site will vary dependant on a number of factors and as such should be seen only as representative. As part of its process of continuous improvement, Catherine Loves Ltd reserves the right to alter specifications and colours without notice. Consequently, products available may vary slightly in colour from that shown on the current site. We also try our hardest to ensure that colours are reproduced as accurately as possible though we cannot control differences that may occur through printing in the catalogue and technical issues online such as different browsers and monitors.

All dimensions are in centimetres or Inches and measured at the widest point. For photo frames the size is given for the photograph. Many All products are hand finished made and may vary slightly.
